Juneteenth- Unity in the Community Celebration

The Juneteenth Committee is excited to invite the community to the 4th Annual "Unity in the Community Celebration" on January 18th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This year’s celebration will begin with the 4th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. March, which will start at the Fayette Public Library at 11:30 AM and make its way to the Downtown La Grange Square.

Following the march, the community is invited to a lively block party in the heart of downtown, featuring a vibrant mix of music, food, and fun. This event is a celebration of unity, honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the importance of community connection.

The "Unity in the Community Celebration" is free and open to the public. All are encouraged to join in this spirited and meaningful day to commemorate Dr. King’s impact on the community and our shared goals for a better future.

For additional details, please contact Walter Culberson, President of the Juneteenth Committee, at (512) 200-6727, or the La Grange Visitor’s Center at (979) 968-3017.
