Fayette County Community Theatre Presents Clue

The Fayette County Community Theatre (FCCT) will present a production of “Clue” based on the screenplay by Jonathon Lynn, May 3, 4, and 5 at the Sanford Schmid Amphitheater on the grounds of the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center in La Grange. Directed by Melissa Weltner, the play twists murder mystery with physical comedy perfectly.

In anticipation of performance the cast and crew is organizing a county-wide game based on the popular Parker Brothers/Hasbro game of Clue. Participating businesses and organizations are assigned a character, weapon, or room in which the “whodunit, where, with what” may have occurred. Players will visit each location and discover by process of elimination that the remaining options are the answers.

Players then bring their guess to the FCCT Box Office located at 120 South Washington Street in La Grange by Tuesday, April 23rd no later than noon. Players with the correct guess will be entered into a drawing for a gift card and tickets. All correct guesses will be given 10% off tickets to any Clue performance.

To participate, pick up a copy of participating businesses and instructions on play from the FCCT Box Office and Studio at 120 S. Washington Street in La Grange, or download it from the FCCT website at www.faycotheatre.com. The Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday 11 AM to 3 PM.
